NOURISHING THE WHOLE SELF IS A 10-WEEK LIVE online COURSE THAT combines MINDFULNESS, MINDFUL EATING AND SELF-COMPASSION PRACTICES, to CULTIVATe INNER WISDOM AND PERSONAL EMPOWERMENt

 
 

 THIS course INTEGRATES evidence-based mindfulness and self-compassion practices together with THE MINDFULNESS-BASED EATING AWARENESS TRAINING PROGRAM (MB-EAT). You will learn knowledge, tools, meditations and mindfulness practices based, that will teach you to live a life that is nourished, fulfilling and fun on all levels.

 

Through mindful eating practices, we learn to

  • Enjoy and taste our food more fully

  • Tune in to the innate wisdom of the body

  • Choose food that is truly nourishing for us

  • Reconnect to physical hunger and satiety cues to guide decisions to begin and end eating

  • unravel and eliminate toxic beliefs we hold about ourselves, our bodies, food and eating

  • break negative behaviours and habits we have formed around food, eating and our bodies.

  • Acknowledging responses to food (likes, dislikes or neutral) without judgment.

  • Release the guilt and struggle so often associated with eating.

  • Be truly nourished by food and other aspects of our lives.

When these mindful eating practices are combined with mindfulness meditation and self-compassion, we learn how to truly take care of ourselves and find fulfillment from the inside out - to nourish ourselves in body, mind and spirit.


The course is run in a small group in my virtual classroom using video conferencing software that is simple to use from you laptop, computer or phone. It brings the experience of a friendly classroom to the comfort and ease of your own home or office.

Weekly sessions will be scheduled at a time most suitable for everyone. If some weeks you are busy or unable to attend the class live, there will be a recording that you can watch at a time convenient for you. The course is flexible to meet the needs and schedules of our busy lives.

Practices and topics covered include mindfulness meditation, eating exercises, eating meditations, guided visualizations, lovingkindness and self- compassion practices, exploration of craving and emotional eating, effective behavior change strategies, tools, weekly home practices and self-reflection, to cultivate mindful awareness and a more balanced and positive relationship to ourselves, to  life, to eating and to our bodies.

  • £100 deposit upon booking then 3 monthly payments of £83.33

  • £100 deposit upon booking then 6 monthly payments of £41.66

personal 1-2-1 coaching

Personal 1-2-1 Course:

(Limited to only 4 people per 3 month course. I don’t spread myself thin because I want to be at my absolute best for you!)

  • Course uniquely tailored to your specific goals and needs

  • I personally guide you through the program, giving you personal coaching of 1.5 hours each week (these can be planned according to your schedule) (worth £1080) plus 2 x 1 hour follow-ups at 1 month and 2 months (worth £200)
